There is nothing like experiential activities for bringing out the spirit of fun and co-operation in your conference!
These problem-solving exercises require only the most elementary infrastructure, enabling them to be run in almost any locale or environment. The main ingredient in all of them is the participants’ energy and imagination!
Typically one exercise takes from 20–30 minutes to all day, depending on the scope and outcomes. Indoors / Outdoor exercises can either be done in blocks of half or full days, or inserted in between business, conference and training sessions.
Activities can be conducted as ‘fun-type’ entertainment, but what sets them apart is the option of a review at the end of each exercise. It reflects on the performance of individuals and the team as a whole.
Specific issues such as leadership, communication, problem- solving styles and so on, can be addressed and activities chosen accordingly. Individuals can expect to develop effective people and problem solving skills. Everyone learns the meaning of co-operation and (re) discovers, in a much more meaningful way than via the traditional lecture situation, that through co-operation they can accomplish much more than they can alone.

The program can also be facilitated as a competition, testing teams against teams, plus the activities can be video recorded to add greater value in the de-briefing. Programs are designed and themed around customers’ objectives and outcomes. The number of participants can be from 5 to 500 + and programs can be run anywhere in Australia or overseas.
